Welcome to the villa!

Check-in for the villas begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 noon at the latest. Access to the villa is provided via a key code, which will be sent to you by SMS or email by 2:00 PM on your arrival day. Our villas are self-catering villas, and there is no separate reception on the premises.

The villas are well-equipped for longer stays and cooking. Each cottage includes coffee filter papers and baking paper, as well as salt and pepper, but no other food items.

Pets are very welcome in selected Kanava Resort villas for an additional fee of €30. Just let us know you’re bringing a pet when making your booking. The terrace areas of villas 8, 9 and 10 are fenced for your pet’s comfort, and the villas include water bowls and waste bags for your furry companion.

If you require an extra bed, please inform us when making your reservation. The extra bed is prepared on the sofa bed in the living room area and will be made up for you upon request. The fee for bedding and towels for the extra bed is €30 per person per night.

Services and facilities for your holiday

Paths from the villas lead to Kanava Resort’s private beach, which is shallow with a sandy bottom. A shared pier is also available.

Between villas 3 and 5, you’ll find Kanava Resort’s own campfire area. Firewood for the campfire is available in each villa and at the wood storage near the end of the area.

There is a shared parking area for vehicles and four electric car charging points. You may drive up to your villa to unload your luggage, but please move your car to the parking area afterward to keep emergency and maintenance access routes clear.

On the property, you will also find an old vaulted root cellar and a glass pavilion suitable for parties and meetings.

Final cleaning is included in the rental price. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Take a sip!

Did you know that water in Finland is among the purest in the world? Not only is our tap water completely safe to drink, it also tastes good – if you can say that about water (and we think you totally can)!

In order to be more environmentally friendly, opt to refill your glass or reusable water bottle from the tap, rather than buying bottled water. Remember to recycle any bottles and cans you buy – by returning them to the store, you even get a little money back! You can read more about Finland’s deposit refund system here.
